Aside from its competitive price and nice design, it has great overall quality and is custom-made to fit the needs of photo enthusiasts. It also provides greater advantage than other affordable camera bags as it can be carried in three ways: through the belt loop, the padded top handle or the detachable shoulder strap. Additionally, it is suitable for use with most high zoom cameras or devices measuring up to 5.8" x 4.6" x 3". It weighs just about 8 ounces without contents and measures 7.5" x 7" x 4.75". The high quality construction of this carrying case is one of its key selling points. It utilizes polyester fabric and has an internal zippered pocket for your extra memory cards as well as side zippered pockets for storing small accessories. There are also dividers which make everything easier to organize and access. However, those who want a larger storage area may need to give this model a pass because while it can fit your camera and an extra set of accessories, it may not hold all your other stuff like lens hood. For the quality of the Case Logic DCB-304, it is quite surprising that it comes with a low price tag. The design is not that bad either. As such, it has been a rule to always keep their cameras and other gear handy, especially in unexpected situations. However, with poor bag design, one wrong move when taking equipment can result in a missed shot or worse, very costly accidents. The Lowepro SlingShot 200AW rises to the challenge with a single strap backpack design and a main compartment that can open halfway to easily and safely get the camera inside. Photographers in fast-paced situations can move around freely without any fear of their gear getting damaged from falling out or missing a great photo opportunity just because they took too long in getting their camera. A simple swing of the backpack from back to front turns it into a top-loading satchel which places all the gear within convenient hand range. It is also equipped with a stability strap that can be tucked away if not needed and stop buckles that give the aforementioned half-open feature of the main chamber. A backpack-styled shell made of tough micro fiber and ripstop nylon constitutes the body of this camera bag. Ample padding protects the delicate contents while the generous space inside the main compartment allows storage of items as big as an entire SLR camera with lens and flash attachment, all the while leaving room to spare to bring along extra lenses. The SlingShot, however, doesn't sacrifice capacity for size, and at 17.30" X 9.40", it is surprisingly small considering the number of items that can fit into it. The material used is waterproof. It also comes with a weatherproof overwrap that covers the entirety of the bag. For all the great features included in the package, an important design consideration may have been overlooked. While it has a padded strap that makes carrying heavy items easier, it was designed to be used with a single shoulder only. It is not exactly switchable from left to right when your shoulder gets tired. There are also no additional pockets. A minor detail like that may not be a deal-breaker for some but for consummate pack rats who want to bring everything on a hike, they might want to look at other models which provide the onboard storage space that the Slingshot 200AW is limited with.

For its not-so-big size, it surely holds a lot, allowing you to carry your entire photo studio in a sling bag. You can secure a tripod into the side straps provided, pack an SLR with an attached standard zoom lens plus one or maybe two extra lenses in the main compartment and place miscellaneous items like memory cards, chargers, keys, cards, pens and what-have-you on the small compartments and zippered pockets. The upper compartment can even be used for carrying snacks. One of the major benefits of the TBC-310 is that it doesn't really look like a camera bag, making it seem more discreet and therefore, giving extra security against thieves. It looks more of a normal sling bag that you use for traveling, school or work, so no one will ever know that it houses your expensive investments. Ease of access is also superb. You won't have to take the bag off your shoulder and miss those picture-perfect moments. Just rotate the bag forward then you can quickly take your camera out and shoot in a flash. The bag is not very stylish but its plain, lightweight design and black and gray color combination make it rugged-looking and ready for any type of challenge. The nylon exterior is likewise easy to clean and the straps are padded and can be adjusted for ultimate comfort. On the negative side, the Case Logic TBC-310 does not include an all-weather cover, meaning water leakage when it rains is a huge possibility. It also does not fit DSLRs with attached lens hood so you have to remove it first before you can place your camera into the hammock.

Flexibility is also not an issue with the Flipside 200. It provides excellent customization and different configurations with its Velcro dividers. The top handle can be used for carrying the bag with your hand and it helps reduce stress on your back.
